Freshly hulled Ontario-grown hemp seeds are available in 3 sizes, 454g (one pound), 908g (two pounds), and 2.05kg (four and a half pounds)
A serving of hulled hemp seeds is 30g, or about 3 tbsp. A health-based diet can incorporate several daily servings of any of our healthy hemp products.
Uses: Add 3-8 tbsp daily to salads, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, hummus, pesto, salsa, guacamole, pancake batter, rice pudding, tapioca. Use to make hemp butter and hemp milk~!
